Cancel reservation

Retrieve reservation​

  1. Enter the traveler's last name and confirmation number
  2. Click arrow button to proceed

Retrieve reservation on Manage Reservation tab

Cancel flight​

  1. Click Cancel Flight on the Trip Details page

Click Cancel Flight on the Trip Details page

  1. Verify the cancellation and refund details on the summary page
  2. Click Continue
  3. Click Refund to Original Form of Payment

Review cancellation summary and refund to original payment

  1. The final page will show the confirmation details
  2. Refunds to the original form of payment may take 7–10 business days to process
  3. Canceled reservations will not be retrievable on flybreeze.com or in the Breeze app
