Cancel reservation

Retrieve reservation​

  1. Go to https://flybreeze.com/travelpro
  2. Input the following information under the "Manage reservation" tab
  • Traveler last name
  • Traveler confirmation code
  1. Click View Reservation

Retrieve an existing reservation using the travelers last name and confirmation code

Cancel flight​

  1. Click Cancel Flight on the Trip Details page
  2. Verify the cancellation and refund details on the Summary page
  3. Click Continue
  4. Click Refund to Original Form of Payment
  5. The final page will show the confirmation details.
  6. Refunds to the original form of payment may take 7-10 business days to process.
Viewing reservation details after cancelling

Canceled reservations are not retrievable on flybreeze.com or in the Breeze app after cancellation.

Select the flight to cancel Review cancellation summary View cancellation confirmation
