Going live

We're excited to launch sales and service with you. Our certification is a collaborative process—where possible we prefer joining your Slack or Teams instance as a guest user to speed up the back-and-forth with you during certification.

Feel free to combine multiple tests in a booking where it makes sense. Send your implementation contacts test PNRs for feedback and approval.

Although we work hard to maintain backward compatibility with updates to our NDC services, partners should expect to make ongoing improvements so that we can both better serve our shared customers.

Itinerary, passenger, and fare types

Itineraries

  • One-way
  • Round trip
  • Nonstop
  • Direct (1+ stops, no plane change)
  • Connection

Passenger types

Most test reservations can be completed with a lone adult traveler. We want to make sure all three passenger types are handled correctly, but we need at least one sample order that includes a child and a lap infant.

We also do not allow unaccompanied minors on our flights and we expect partners to block CHD-only reservations.

  • Adult (ADT)
  • Child (CHD) prevented from booking without a traveler older than age 18
  • Lap infant (INFT)
Passenger information

Breeze needs to provide authorities with SecureFlight passenger data. This data must be provided at time of booking.

We also want to be able to directly contact passengers in the event of travel disruptions and schedule changes. We require the contact information provided by the passenger to you; a proxy/relay address generated by your agency is not accepted.

We will validate data formatting.

  • SecureFlight information: name, gender, date of birth
  • Reservation contact information
    • Email address required
    • Phone preferred for operational SMS (must include country code)

Fare types (select one of three)

We want to ensure your agency can access the full range of authorized fare products. Make at least one booking in each of the fare products allowed by your agency.

  • OTA/Leisure partners: Flex (EZ) and No-Flex (NO) fare products
  • TMC partners: BreezeCorp (BY) fares
  • Specialized TMC partners: US Federal Government (FG) fares

Bag selection

Breeze checked bag SSRs are cumulative and should be attached in sequence. Please provide samples where one bag, two bags, and three bags are sold.

  • Checked bag 1 (CB1) → Checked bag 2 (CB2) → Checked bag 3 (CB3)

Carry-on bags are a single SSR. Provide a sample if this service can be selected in your flows.

  • Carry-on bag (COB)

Seat selection

  • If you offer seat selection, please show us the attributes displayed or the data that will be used to drive seat display.
  • A sample with a paid seat selection.
