Breeze is upgrading our reservation system the night of 11–12 August 2025. NDC partners must update their connections to avoid disruptions to sales and servicing functions.

Rollback plan​

If our environment switch is unsuccessful, you must resume using NDC base URL and credentials currently in place. If this happens, we will provide more guidance by email and on this event maintenance page.

Partner preparation​

ACTION IS REQUIRED to be able to continue selling and servicing Breeze content after this update.

  • The required changes are limited to a new API base URL and new APIM header key.
  • No changes will affect Breeze’s NDC shopping, servicing, and selling flows.
  • Test your connection within the next week to avoid extended disruptions.
