Remove individual flights with OrderReshop

We’ve expanded our partner documentation to include OrderReshop functions available over Breeze NDC. This endpoint gives partners more control to release unpaid inventory and remove individual flights.

Cancel all items on a paid order​

Full order cancellations are supported via the CancelOrderRef node. This allows sellers to void an entire order by referencing the OrderRefID, which is mandatory in the request payload.

Remove individual items​

Partial cancellations are handled through the DeleteOrderItem node. Sellers can target specific flight segments or services for removal by referencing the OrderItemRefID.

Limitation: refunds & credit preview​

Our current implementation cannot apply any penalties and spoilage disclosed in fare rules during an OrderReshop session. Once the changes are completed by the seller with an OrderChange, an automated worker will process any refunds or travel credit. If a credit is issued, an OrderRetrieve response will indicate the credit amount.
