Booking policies
All Breeze Airways reservations must comply with Breeze's Contract of Carriage, and with all applicable fare rules. Agencies that violate Breeze's policies may receive an Agency Debit Memo (ADM).
Duplicate bookings
Breeze does not allow duplicate reservations where two or more flights are booked for the same traveler.
Examples of duplicate bookings include:
- Two identical, active tickets for the same traveler
- Multiple itineraries for any number of travelers with the same traveler name, whether identical itineraries or not
- Reserving one or more seats on the same flight or different flights for the same time frame, regardless of the class of service
- Creating a reservation where two or more flights are booked for the same traveler when they will only be able to use one
- Creating reservations for a traveler when one already exists in Breeze's reservation system
Breeze reserves the right to cancel all duplicate bookings as soon as they are identified so that our flights remain accessible to the greatest number of travelers; the inventory in these bookings will be returned to availability.
Travel agents are responsible for duplicate ticket status before performing a refund to original form of payment. Breeze's duplicate reservation policy no longer applies once all tickets are refunded to original form of payment, the Duplicate Booking policy will no longer apply.
